It has been a very wet spring, which has made for a very good Morel Mushroom crop; these are some that I found at work along side of the creek.

So, at work this last week we had a visit from a black bear.

It was pretty cool to see. He was a curious fellow, and had no real problem with blaring jobsite radio and diesel generator noise.

It got a little nerve wracking when he came within six feet of the window Kris and I were framing. Luckily Kris had his camera.

Camped on Wade Lake this weekend. Finally a beautiful weekend.

Had us some fish and corn

Here is the job site and a couple of mules that I had to drive away from our lumber yard. They love the taste of our reclaimed wood.

I happened to be crossing over the Missouri Breaks on Paddle fish Opening day and stopped to watch

these red necks try and snag one of these prehistoric fish it was rather entertaining look at the size of the rods!!! No fish were caught.

Eli and I got a gig playing guitar around a campfire on the prairie of north east Montana. It was a beautiful place.
